Last night I watched the HBO documentary "An American Bombing: The Road to April 19th". It provides deep context to anti-government extremism and the OKC bombing. Might be the single best documentary I've seen on the development of homegrown terrorism. Check it out. https://lnkd.in/ehzGuih2

Living in Oklahoma during this event was scary, eye opening and to date I feel the resilience of the people of Oklahoma. We've lived through some tough times and seem to bounce back. This was a horrible day in our history but there are more, unfortunately, but we learn and move forward. I always remember where I was when the tragedy hit home, I was changing the direction of my life by sitting in a classroom at OU of Managerial Accounting and we were asked to leave the classroom go home and check on family if they were to be downtown. I've never been more thankful my family decided to delay their visit to the SS office but others weren't as lucky. We will always remember April 19th.
