I mix pigments to make my oil paints, I mix and color match on my palette, and I paint on the canvas aggressively; all with a palette knife. I break ALL of them because most knives go through the handle 1/2 way or less. This knife is all one piece. I have been looking for these palette knives for a long time. If I have to leave a critique there is a slight curve to the handle for right handed people, but I’m lefty and it doesn’t bother me. I own the 1 and 5. VERY HAPPY WITH THE KNIVES!!!
