Top star couple Won-bin and Lee Na-young may be making their long-awaited return to the entertainment industry, according to their agency Eden 9 Entertainment.

It has already been six years since Won-bin appeared in his last movie, “The Man From Nowhere,” and five years since Lee filmed “Howling,” but the star couple may be looking to make a comeback.

Won-bin had initially set his sights on Hollywood after filming “The Man From Nowhere,” but he suddenly announced his retirement soon after and invested all his energy in his real estate career back in 2011. Although rumors have spread of Won-bin‘s return, none of them are deemed to be true.

Likewise, Lee Na-young’s last film “Howling” was shot in 2011 and released in 2012. Since then, she had made brief appearances in the two-part Japanese film “SPEC: Close” and in “Sad Scene,” but they were merely cameos and minor roles.

Eden 9 Entertainment announced on Sunday that the star couple are both carefully reading and considering scripts and roles.

A representative at the agency reportedly informed My Daily that Lee was going over scripts and offers, and even mentioned a return to the screen later this year if he is offered something good enough.

Additionally, Won-bin had reportedly been considering a role in “Still Life” but the representative explained that nothing is set in stone yet, and that a fully revised script is yet to be developed.
