I am really trying not to spend a fortune getting fancy coffee drinks every day. It is just so easy to hit that drive through on the way to and from school in the morning. However, in an effort to save some money, I am having coffee at home—but I need to keep it interesting!
It is very easy to get store quality, craft drinks at home. Simply brew your coffee and then add some creamer and chocolate syrup.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE S’MORES COFFEE:
- 16 oz brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 graham cracker, crushed in food processor (or use hands and a small baggie)
- ¼ cup creamer (or to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon, dark chocolate syrup
- 3-6 medium-sized marshmallows
HOW TO MAKE S’MORES ICED COFFEE:
- Moisten edges of 2 glasses (or mason jars), dip into small bowl of crushed graham crackers.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup into glasses.
- Add ice to both glasses.
- Add coffee, split between 2 glasses.
- Add creamer to desired amount.
- Top off with marshmallows, and lightly toasted.

I bought a handy little culinary lighter and just held it on the marshmallow for a second. It is so easy and really makes you seem so fancy!
